
Recommended for Petrale Sole, Tilapia, and Orange Roughy
Melt butter in pan
Add minced garlic to taste
Simmer until garlic gets translucent
Turn heat to medium high
Add fish fillet and sauté for 20-30 seconds
Turn over, squeeze lemon juice and add capers
Add a dash of white wine or sake
Cover and cook for 20-30 seconds
Pull off the burner and it’s done!
Serve with a light salad and rice pilaf.
